In this section, the term virtual device refers to a virtual device record created under Sites > [site] > Virtual Devices.

The term subscription plan refers to a TNA service plan assigned to a virtual device.

TNA Subscription Overview

TNA Subscription is a premium feature that allows you to assign TNA service subscription plans with additional premium features to virtual devices. When a subscription plan is assigned to a virtual device, the plan is recorded against that device and is visible in the Virtual Devices list.

Managers and Admins can manage TNA Subscription under Company > Settings > Subscriptions > Manage TNA Subscription, where Company Admins can view available subscription types and see which virtual devices have a subscription enabled.

Managing TNA Subscription

Once TNA Subscription is enabled for your company by evalink talos specialists, a Manage TNA Subscription button appears under Company > Settings > Subscriptions > Manage TNA Subscription.

Clicking Manage TNA Subscription opens a panel that shows:

• Available subscription types that can be assigned to virtual devices
• A Subscribed Devices button

Clicking Subscribed Devices opens the Virtual Devices list filtered to show only virtual devices that have a subscription plan assigned.

Viewing Subscription on Virtual Devices

When TNA Subscription is enabled for your company, a Subscription button appears for each virtual device in the following locations:

• Sites > [site] > Virtual Devices — when you click on a virtual device record

• Sites > [site] > Receivers — in the receiver record for the virtual device

The Subscription button is not available when accessing a site via a share link.

If TNA Subscription is not enabled for your company, the Subscription button is visible but disabled.

If TNA Subscription is enabled, but a particular instance of Virtual TNA Receiver is currently offline, the Subscription button is visible, but disabled.

Clicking on the enabled Subscription button opens a dialog with the current subscription plan assigned to this instance of Virtual TNA Receiver.

Assign a Subscription Plan to a Virtual Device

To assign a subscription plan to a virtual device:

1. Go to Sites > [site] > Receivers and click on the instance of TNA Virtual Receiver you want to configure

   Alternatively, go to Sites > Virtual Devices and locate the virtual device record.

2. Click the Subscription button

   A dialog opens displaying the available subscription plans and a View Plans and Features link.

   

3. Select the desired subscription plan

4. Click OK

   The selected plan is saved as the subscription plan for the virtual device.
