Company Profile and Feature Flags
Company Profile
To access the Company Profile settings, navigate to Company > Settings > Company.
From this page you can configure your company's release version and manage company-wide feature flags.

Release Version
evalink talos offers three release channels. Select the one that fits your company's needs:
| Version | Description |
|---|---|
| Stable | The fully tested release. Recommended for production use. |
| Current | Default version. Includes recently shipped features, validated but newer than Stable. |
| Beta | Early access to upcoming features. In this version, all available feature flags are automatically enabled. |
Feature Flags
Adding a Feature flags let you enable specific evalink talos features for your entire company. Once enabled at the company level, a flag is automatically applied to all users, no individual setup required.
Feature flags cover only new features and their list can change when evalink talos updates.
If you want to know more about the availability of a particular feature as a feature flag, contact evalink helpdesk.
Company feature flags can be overridden by a user's personal feature flags under Profile > Settings > Beta features. Personal flags only affect the individual user and apply to areas of the application outside of a selected Site context.
To manage personal feature settings, go to Profile > Settings > Beta features.
Where company feature flags apply:
- All company users — flags take effect for everyone in your company by default
- Share Link — flags are applied when a site is shared via a Share Link
- Installer Portal — flags are applied within the Installer Portal
- Sites — when navigating into a specific site (Sites → click a site), the feature flags of that site's company are applied
To test whether Share Link and Installer Portal correctly apply your company's feature flags, use the reserved flag name CompanyFeatureTesting.
Add a Feature Flag
- Navigate to Company > Settings > Company
- In the Feature Flags section, click Add
- Enter a unique flag name (e.g.
CompanyFeatureTesting) - Save your changes
- Flag names must be unique — you cannot add two flags with the same name
- The flag name field cannot be empty
Remove a Feature Flag
To remove a flag, locate it in the Feature Flags list and click the delete icon next to it.
