Work with User and Account Security Features
evalink talos provides built-in security mechanisms to protect user accounts and control platform access. Administrators can enforce two-factor authentication (2FA), restrict access to trusted IP addresses, and monitor user activity through audit logs.
These features help prevent unauthorized access, ensure compliance with internal security policies, and provide transparency into operator activity.
There are several measures you can take in case a particular user account is compromised.
For details, see section Actions in Case Your Account Is Compromised.

Once you have configured 2FA for your company, you can reset it or disable it only by submitting a ticket with evalink talos Helpdesk.
