info

You can obtain all level passwords from your system administrator or by creating a ticket to our support team using the evalink helpdesk.

You have 3 attempts to enter the correct password. If all attempts fail, the Access Level section is locked for 90 seconds.

Provided that you have access to levels 2 and 3, you can change their default passwords using the Change Password option for the level.

Resetting or restoring default passwords can be done only after a factory reset.

In case you forgot the password for levels 2 or 3, please create a ticket to our support team using the evalink helpdesk.

Level 4 grants full permissions for configuring and administering your TNA device. The password for this level is hardcoded and can't be changed from the TNA Web Server.
