Access Levels
The TNA Web Server uses 4 access levels to control user permissions. When you open the TNA Web Server, you are assigned Access Level 1 by default. The access to higher levels requires a dedicated password.
An overview of the access levels and their description is as follows:
Access Level 1 | Access to basic functions, indications and notifications without authentication. |
Access Level 2 | Access to information through the operation mode and simple function tests. |
Access Level 3 | Access to commissioning, maintenance functions, and enabling integrations. |
Access Level 4 | Access to software updates and device actions. |
To change the TNA Access Level, do the following:
-
On the TNA Web Server, click on Access Level near TNA Mode or choose
Access Level from the icon at the top right of the page
The Access Level tab opens.
-
Click the Switch to Access Level [Level] button
-
In the dialog that opens, type the access level password
-
Click Switch
You can obtain all level passwords from your system administrator or by creating a ticket to our support team using the evalink helpdesk.
You have 3 attempts to enter the correct password. If all attempts fail, the Access Level section is locked for 90 seconds.
Provided that you have access to levels 2 and 3, you can change their default passwords using the Change Password option for the level.
Resetting or restoring default passwords can be done only after a factory reset.
In case you forgot the password for levels 2 or 3, please create a ticket to our support team using the evalink helpdesk.
Level 4 grants full permissions for configuring and administering your TNA device. The password for this level is hardcoded and can't be changed from the TNA Web Server.
