Site Documentation Reports

Information on this page concerns site documentation reports in the First Generation Reporting system.

A site documentation report lists the key attributes of a site:

  • the key site details – the name, contact information, code words, etc.
  • installer information
  • the zones and partitions configured for the site
  • the Contacts and Contact Lists configured for the site
  • the schedules configured for the site and for the containing site group
  • the Manual and Automated Workflows configured for the site and for the containing site group

The report is available in PDF format.

The figure below shows the export of a site documentation report:

To export a site documentation report:

  1. Go to the Sites page, click on the site record in the list

  2. On the Overview page that opens, scroll down to the middle of the page and click cloud_download Export PDFs

  3. Select insert_drive_file Site Documentation

  4. In the Download Site Documentation dialog box that opens, define the data to be included in the report

    • deselect the checkboxes for the site attributes that you don't want to report

    • click on the Manual Workflows and / or Automated Workflows fields and deselect the checkboxes for the workflows that you don't want to report

    By default, all available attributes and workflows are included into the report.

  5. Click Download

The PDF site documentation report is downloaded to your default Downloads folder. The PDF generation time may vary depending on the configuration of your site.

Knowledge Base Article

There is a known issue with PDF reports download if your operation system doesn't receive data for Date and Time settings automatically from the time server. A solution for the issue on Windows OS is described in evalink talos Knowledge Base: Failed to export PDF in evalink talos.
